Bus pull in front of Student Arts Center. Group disembark from bus - meet International Staff. Enter into Blodgett Recital Hall. Prepare for short concert by Rudolf Innig and soloist. Bus pull into large.11:30pm: Following short concert group walk to Marek Hall Dining Room. Lunch provided by Blue Lake Staff. Following lunch - walking tour of Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp.1:30pm: Return to bus - load and prepare to depart for Shelby High School.2:15pm: Arrive SheIby High School. Unload equipment - set-up for afternoon rehearsal. Dinner plans to be determined. Possible Pizza Party at the High School.7:00pm: CONCERT - Youth Orchestra from Musikschule Coesfeld.Home with Host families following performance.Tuesday, October 12 7:30am: HOLIDAY COACH arrive at SheIby High School, 641 North State Street, SheIby, MI 49455.Group members arrive, load bus and prepare for departure to Englewood, Ohio (with stop in Ann Arbor, Michigan).8:00am: Depart New Era, Michigan; travel to Ann Arbor, Michigan with lunch packets provided by host families.11:00am: Arrive Ann Arbor, Michigan, Lurie Towner on U of M's North Campus: The tower is near the intersection of Murfin and Bonisteel, next to the Walgreen Drama Center on Murfin, which as a parking lot. Group meet local host, James Kibbe.11:00 am: Visit to the Carillon in Lurie Tower in two groups hosted by Prof. Steven Ball, University Cari1lonneur. Those not visiting the tower can visit the Walgreen Center, the Media Union, or the Engineering Building, all of which have public restrooms.11:45 am: Take HOLIDAY COACH. Unload at Hill Auditorium, 825 North University Avenue (corner of North University and Thayer St.). Busses typically unload on the east side of Thayer (i.e. northbound Thayer). Bus driver, please work out location where bus will be when time to load and depart - and let group members know.12:00 noon: Visit Hill Auditorium, brief demonstration of this organ. 12:30 pm - 2:00pm: Free time on Main Campus. Possibilities include: walking tour (maps provided) visit Univers.. of Michigan \Museum of Art; visit Liberty/State St. area, including Borders Book Store; various snack shops. etc. 2:00pm: Group meet HOLIDAY COACH and prepare to depart Ann Arbor, Michigan; travel to Englewood, Ohio. 5:30 pm: arrive Englewood Government Center, 333 West National Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322. Unload, meet and go home with Host Families. Busses to drive up to High School with staff to unload equipment. Rest of day with Host Families. Wednesday, October 13 7:15am: HOLIDAY COACH arrive Englewood Government Center. Adult orchestra members arrive board bus and prepare for departure to Schuster Arts Center,109 N. Main St., Dayton, OH 454027:55am: Student members (19 and younger) Attend school with youth hosts.10:00am: Adult orchestra members - Stadium tour- walking tour from the Schuster Center/Victoria Theatre through Riverscape Metropark to Fifth Third Park.10:45am: HOLIDAY COACH arrive Fifth Third Field, 220 N. Patterson Blvd., Dayton, Ohio 45402. Group members board bus for trip to Northmont High School, 4916 W. National Road., Clayton, Ohio.11:15am: Adult orchestra members return from sightseeing trip to Northmont High School auditorium for rehearsal.1:00pm: Pizza Lunch at High School.1:30pm: Meet and greet session in the auditorium for the German Language students to talk with the orchestra members.3:00pm: Orchestra members escorted to the marching band practice field to watch a run-through of the marching band's 2010 show at 3:15 pm.3:30pm: Orchestra members dismissed to return to host family homes.Afternoon free with Host Families.7:00p: Orchestra members return to High School to prepare for concert.7:30pm: CONCERT - Youth Orchestra from Musikschule Coesfeld at Northmont High School.Following concert - home with host families. All Orchestra Members arrive, board bus for U.S. Air Force Museum/lMAX Theatre, 1100 Spaatz St., Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433 9:00 am: Depart for Air Force Museum. 11:30pm: Group members board HOLIDAY COACH for trip to Fairfield Commons Mall, 2727 Fairfield Commons, Beavercreek, OH 45431. Lunch at the Food Court; Shopping. 3:30pm: Group members board HOLIDAY COACH for return trip to Englewood Government Center. 4:00pm: Arrive Englewood Government Center.
